How can I submit a request?
We recommend registering for the portal to receive the best experience. Requests can be made by submitting a job by clicking the submit print job.
Fill in the relevant information on the submission page and attach any necessary files. You can also include a company budget code and reference number. You will then receive an order confirmation and reference number.
Alternatively, you can email printhub@paragon-cc.co.uk and this will automatically raise a job ticket.
What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services including reprographic printing, flyers, leaflets, posters, booklets, banners, laminating, business cards, business stationery, design, creative, promotional digital marketing, distribution, scanning, events & exhibitions, and much more. Please contact us with your requirements.
Where can I collect my request from?
We deliver all work from our location in London. The Print Hub is located in a secure building, and we are unable to facilitate collections. We do however offer same day and next day delivery at competitive rates.
What are the opening hours?
We will respond to requests/queries between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays, however, you can submit a request 24/7 and we have a production team working until 10pm to print
How can I receive a price?
Submit a full specification of your requirements via the submit job button and we will reply with a quote or an email requesting additional information.
What sizes can you print?
We can print A6, A5, A4, A3, A2, A1 and A0 and any bespoke size you require. Submit a query via the submission form and we will respond with confirmation and a price if required.
Can I receive a proof before I order my request?
Please enquire via your submission form if you require a proof. Proofs are chargeable.
What file formats do you accept?
We prefer a PDF as this speeds up the production process, however we also accept, Word, PowerPoint, Excel files, JPEG, TIFF & PNG. We require Adobe InDesign and Photoshop files to be flattened and exported to PDF.
What is CMYK?
CMYK is also referred to as ‘Full colour printing’ or ‘Four colour printing’ and is the most commonly used printing technique. The system uses 4 colour primary colours as its base – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
